Timetable of Events

This is the page that IIH Support forum members have been waiting for...finally, the all important timetable of events for the weekend! So here, without any further ado it is, the timetable of events for the weekend!

Friday, 16th May

14:30 - 21:00: Arrival on site

caravan
  • Once you have booked into your accommodation please familiarise yourself with the site.
  • From 1700 to 2100 the registration and membership office will be open in the IIH UK Headquarters (the caravan with all the IIH stickers all over it)
    • During this time you will be able to get your name badges and meet and greet other weekenders.
    • Membership forms will be available for you to complete and return at the launch on Saturday.
alcoholic drinks in glasses

21:00 - 22:00: Committee Meeting for all IIH UK Officers in the HQ van.

  • This will be followed by a general get-together in the bar to which everyone is invited.
PLEASE NOTE

If anyone requires any help which is IIH related please come to the IIH UK Headquarters. There will be a fridge available for anyone who needs to keep medications cold. Please put your medications in a sealable box with your name on it. If you require First Aid then Linda (Rose) will be available and there will be an extensive first aid kit in the HQ. Please ensure you have all your medications with you.

We understand if you feel unable to join in any of the events we are organising. Please feel free to retire from any activity if you are feeling IIH well. However, if you are on your own (no family or van sharers) please inform a member of the committee that you are disappearing for a while. This will enable us to ensure your safety during your stay.

For those of you downloading this before setting off – by the time you arrive there should be leaflets in the reception at the site to explain to you where the HQ is for the weekend. If not please use the mobile number you have been given to contact one of the IIH UK Team.

Saturday, 17th May

Other weekenders will be arriving for the day so the morning is being left free for everyone to chill out and it will enable those arriving to collect their membership forms and their name badges. However if you do feel like having some company the HQ van will be open for business as soon as one of us gets woken up.
